###  MMSplice update - June 30th, 2020

In the initial CADD GRCh37-v1.6, we made an off-by-one error mistake that let to the first (for genes on - strand last) position of
every transcript not being scored with MMSplice. As the prescored SNV files were scored directly via MMSplice, actually affected from
this bug are only InDel, as well as all variants scored in offline scoring when no prescoring is used.

We therefore had to replace data and index file for MMSplice in the annotations, which can now be installed as before.
In order that existing installs do not have to download the entire annotations again, this folder provides only the updated files that
are be put into the folder `data/annotations/GRCh37-v1.6/mmsplice/` in the CADD scripts directory. Prescored InDel files also need to
be replaced.

Due to the limited nature of this bug (and the CADD score range not being affected), we decided not to issues a new CADD release. When
we write henceforce of v1.6, this means the current version with updated MMSplice. If it should be necessary to address specifically
the old version, it may be called v1.6.1.
